I come here almost every week because I work closely buy. Both the coffee and matcha are excellent, the staff is very nice and the cafe overall is beautiful. Their pumpkin spice in the fall is excellent. They once gave me the wrong milk in my coffee but I took it anyway and the next time I came in they remembered and didn't make me pay for my coffee. Love this place!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Staff is amazing and honestly I appreciate them being more down to earth people and not forcing a fake smile just because they sell me coffee or something else to eat. Absolutely loved them and great conversations! (give these people a raise !!) Even with how busy it gets they do an amazing job! A bonus is they remembers my order even though I had only been there twice prior which makes my week The staff and coffee warm my heart

Cozy spot inside the Eaton Centre. The latte was smooth and nicely presented, and the vibe was clean and relaxed. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Good variety of pastries too looking forward to trying one next time. A solid place for a quiet coffee break.

good spot to escape the chaotic atmosphere in the mall. the seating area is in the back, connecting to the office area lobby. the cookies are pretty good! the barista makes great latte art and espresso is nice

Genuinely one of the best latte I had in a while in the city, perfectly balanced and very good! I'm not giving a 5 star simply because I took a scone and it was undercooked. The middle was still very gummy and raw. Staff was very efficient and polite as well, the place is clean. EDIT: Went back regarding the scone, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Exchange it for something else and added extra cookies to apologize.
